Beauty has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I watched my mother build a life for our family through the beauty industry. As a Vietnamese immigrant, she worked long hours as a nail technician before eventually opening her own salon. Watching her taught me that beauty was never just about appearance — it was about helping people feel cared for.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked in salons, luxury retail, hospitality, and permanent makeup. No matter where I was, I found myself drawn to the same thing: people. The conversations. The trust. The moment someone looked in the mirror and felt a little more like themselves.

As I built my own career, I also saw parts of the beauty industry that didn’t feel right to me. Services felt rushed. Trends changed constantly. Sometimes it seemed like the goal was to make people look like someone else.

Bon Beauté was created as a response to that.

The name means “good beauty.” To me, that means taking the time to listen, respecting a person’s natural features, and creating results that feel like them.

Whether I’m performing a lip blush treatment, nano brows, or a lash lift, my goal is never to change someone’s face. It’s to help them feel more at home in it.

Today, Bon Beauté is a reflection of everything I love about this industry: artistry, connection, and care.
